They processed the refund in under an hour. They were really polite, asked a few questions about the problems I was having, and then offered to replace or refund my purchase. I left a review about the overheating, and was really (pleasantly) surprised that the seller reached out to me about the problems on their own initiative. ![]() Since I had tried to use it, I didn't think it would qualify for a return. This is an updated review: I ordered this grinder a few weeks ago, and had issues with overheating and the on/off switch. This is a great low cost drill that feels professional quality. The speed setting is a scrolly wheel next to the toggle switch. It can be tricky to get back to “off” and I often end up making it spin in opposite directions til I get it to turn off. It’s a toggle switch where “off “ is the middle position, and moving it to either side will turn the drill “on” and spin in that direction. Only thing I’m not crazy about is the on/off switch. Be aware that you will need to plug this in to a wall outlet to use it, the cord is fairly long. You get so many with this drill though it would take a while to get to that point though. It seems to have a pretty generic way of attaching them though and Amazon sells a lot of cheap drill bits you can surely buy. I think that’s inevitable though with any brand. I like the variety you get for the tips but they do wear down and stop being as effective over time. Even the lowest setting can still be strong with certain drill tips attached. Just be careful because it is powerful and you can really file down your nails too much if you get carried away. If you do soft gel at home this is so worth it, will make it 100x easier. I used to think the cheap battery nail drill was great until I bought this. If you find any issues with the product, kindly contact the seller first. It can be professionally used for home, salon, and school use. The slim and ergonomics design makes it easy to hold and operate. You just need to connect the power cord with efile to start working. ![]()
